Terminology: Expression Estimation

Expression Estimation is Image Sensing technology used to estimate the expression of a face in an image.

Part of OMRON's Image Sensing technology, Expression Estimation can estimate a facial expression from a single image to neutral, happiness, surprise, anger and sadness. The expression degree of positive and negative expression can also be estimated.
For example, match motions of robot pets or search for images displaying a specific expression.
